Several months ago, I decided to relocate to another state. I decided to talk with a Realtor about selling my home. He told me that because of the location of the property I would have a difficult time selling. I decided to just put a sign in front of the house and see what would happen. Several people called about the property, but no one ever made an offer to buy. I realized I had to find a better solution. One morning I passed a sign on the road that said "We Buy Houses". I talked with Justin Allen and he made arrangements to stop by the property the same day. After looking at the house he assured me that he could buy the property. He explained several options and only needed for me to sign a release so he could deal directly with the mortgage company. I must admit I was nervous at first, but now I am glad I took that step. Within a few days, Justin had the property listed and within a short time had found a buyer for the property. Using the traditional method of selling my house could have taken a year or longer.
